All of our equipment is insured and checked in between rentals, to make sure that everything is how it should be. We try to keep the process pretty simple for the end user.
1. To start, we draft up a simple contract with the terms of when the equipment will be rented, and pricing. We will include the package that you will receive, as well as the estimated replacement value. This makes sure that we are all on the same page. Attached below is a sample contract.
2. We require a 50% upfront deposit to confirm the order. 50% is due Net 15 after your production. Zelle is preferred, but we also accept Zelle, Venmo, Check, or Cashapp.
3. We require a Certificate Of Insurance listing Gripz Rentals LLC, as the beneficiary, with coverage for the total amount of replacement equipment. Attached below is a sample COI. Email travis@taswain.com for a quote.
4. We require a driver with car to transport the equipment. Pickup and return at our rental house in Westlake, Ohio. Once you drop off the equipment, we will check it over and let you know if there are any L+D charges.
